Woman to watch: Ruchi Sanghvi

Huffpo recently profiled Facebook’s first female engineer, Ruchi Sanghvi. The article highlights some of the barriers that women face when pursuing careers in tech, including the paucity of female role models. What’s awesome about Sanghvi and other women like her, is that they’ve persisted in spite of the challenges and are encouraging other women to do the same.
